Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an automated notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

We curate high-quality tech accessories and ship directly from our specialized suppliers to offer you the best design and value. 
Standard Shipping: 7-12 Business Days
Processing Window: 1-3 Business Days

Note: Estimated shipping times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or unexpected carrier delays. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to register and update in the carrier system. 

Address Changes and Correct Details
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. TheNextFind is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@thenextfind.shop within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before fulfillment. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If you have not received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out at support@thenextfind.shop with your name and order number. We will gladly investigate the tracking status and ensure your issue is resolved promptly
